Almonds
Almonds contain good fats, and are rich in anti-oxidants, folic acid and protein. They are a great source of vitamin and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc, and are effective in helping fight heart disease, cancer, and cholesterol!
Apples
Apples are high in vitamin C, fiber, flavonoids, and potassium, which means they help lower cholesterol and aid in digestion.
Beets
Beets are full of key essential antioxidants, minerals and vitamins such as, calcium, iron, manganese, potassium, and vitamin C, which which helps them play an important role in liver and kidney function and detoxification.
Blueberries
Maybe one of the healthiest foods in the world! Jam packed with antioxidants which fight free radicals in the body, and other phytonutrients which help regulate inflammation.
Cacao
Cacao is simply just chocolate in its rawest state. It's rich in magnesium, which is a mood enhancer, can help curb appetite, and hosts essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
Carrots
The beta-carotene in carrots has excellent anti-oxidant properties. Plus, carrots play a big part in providing immune support and digestive assistance, they can help prevent cardiovascular disease and even certain cancers.
Celery
Celery is not an empty food source. It is actually rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C, has alkalizing properties to balance the body's pH.
Chard
In the same plant family as spinach and beets! Full of lots of vitamins and minerals such as K, E, C, iron, potassium, calcium, and even protein. Did you know you can get your calcium from your greens?
Chia Seeds
One of the richest plant sources of Omega-3, an important fatty acid that can help protect against inflammation and heart disease. Chia Seeds are high in protein and can hold up to 10x their weight in liquids, which means they can help you feel full quicker.
Cilantro
Such a fun and bright herb which is full of vitamins such as K and A, and contains disease and cancer-fighting phytochemicals.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon adds a certain something to its recipes. Not only that, believe it or not, cinnamon contains minerals such as iron, calcium and manganese, and is known to have antibacterial powers!
Coconut Water
What's not to love about coconut water?! Full of electrolytes, and resembles the components of blood plasma, that is one nutritious drink!
Collard
In the same plant family as broccoli and kale. Collards contain cancer-fighting and cholesterol-lowering properties because they help the body detoxify. Loaded with vitamins and minerals such as C, A, K, calcium, iron, and manganese.
Cucumber
Made up of almost completely of water, definitely aids in hydration, and removing toxins. Most unique about cucumbers are their supply of silica, a mineral that is instrumental in promoting healthy skin.
Flax Seed
Super high in Omega-3 fatty acids, an important fat that combats heart disease and other ailments. Flax also contains lignans, which have antioxidant properties.
Ginger
A great stomach soother, digestive aid, and anti-nausea treatment, even for morning sickness!
Grapes
Just one cup of grape provides up to a quarter of the daily value of vitamin C and K- which is in every bottle of our "Berry Beetiful"! They have great impact on our eye health, kidney function, reducing constipation. They are loaded with antioxidants which protect the body from toxins and help maintain healthy skin.
Kale
Did you know you can get calcium from kale? Kale is a great source of the antioxidant carotene, vitamin B's, and minerals such as calcium and iron.
Lemon
Lemons are naturally acidic and help balance the body. They help get the digestive system going, which makes them (in water) a great way to start off your day. They are also full of vitamin C.
Lime
Like lemons, limes have a lot of vitamin C and free-radical fighting antioxidants. They help with digestion and help fight colds.
Mint
Refreshing Mint activates the saliva, which enhances digestion and soothes the stomach! Can't you just smell its mouth-watering aroma?
Nutmeg
Supplies pain and inflammation relief, and contains many nutrients including iron, protein and vitamins. Such a cozy spice!

Packed with vitamin C, help boost the immune system, and can help lower cholesterol and blood pressure! Rich in citrus limonoids which can help prevent different cancers.
Parsley
While it is freshening your breath, parsley is also helping fight free radicals, reduce inflammation, and is full of so many vitamins and minerals to keep your bones and body strong.
Pear
Loaded with phytonutrients including antioxidants and anti-inflammatory flavonoids.
Pineapple
